Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead business digital process reengineering efforts to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Foster a digital-first culture by promoting innovation and emerging technologies within the organization.

  • Oversee the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline manual tasks and improve productivity

  • Drive the integration of enterprise systems using Out Systems for seamless connectivity and data flow.

  • Implement cloud-based and AI-driven technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Identify and evaluate the latest digital solutions, platforms, and tools that can improve airline and airport services.

  • Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance customer experiences and operational effectiveness.

  • Utilize business process analysis methodologies to assess current workflows and recommend improvements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop automation strategies that reduce inefficiencies and enhance service delivery.

  • Leverage data analytics and AI to identify opportunities for process automation and digital innovation.

  • Implement data governance and ensure real-time reporting and predictive analytics are embedded into decision-making processes.

  • Monitor KPIs and digital transformation metrics to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Skills & Technologies Required
  • Understanding of cloud-based applications and their implementation in airline & airport operations.

  • Knowledge of Airline and Airport integration for streamlining operations and environmental monitoring.

  • Familiarity with data management systems and analytics tools for informed decision-making.

  • Understanding of process automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Familiarity with mobile app development and digital platforms for enhancing passenger experiences.

  • Understanding of interactive digital signage and navigation solutions.

  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

Experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Technology Management, or IT leadership roles, preferably within the aviation, travel, or transportation industries.
