Description
Perform regular planned inspection Provide feedback on asset condition so as to improve its reliability, safety and availability .
Perform regular planned preventive maintenance
Perform corrective maintenance
Perform trouble shooting and breakdown maintenance
Perform housekeeping of workshop and plant
Perform minor installation job
Attend and resolve incident in accordance to the SLA's criteria

Job Context
He is responsible to perform regular planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
He is expected to quickly trouble shoot the root cause of asset failure, resolve it and feedback preventative measure to prevent recurring failure.
He carry out minor installation work with minimal supervision.
He is first-line respond for emergency incidents He is responsible to perform regular inspection
He is responsible of Additional Works request assessment. He must ensure that his work is of zero defects quality.
He must be very discipline in safety at all time.
He must understand the function of asset, its operational limitation and care that it require.
He is on-call 24x7 Working hours can either be regular or shift Lifting and adjusting of heavy objects. Exposure to restricted movement, confined space, bad odors, dirty environment, extreme temperature and intense noise
Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
Minimum Qualification: Trade Certificate in ACMV / Electrical HV LV / Electromechanical / Building Services or Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical
Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years hands-on field experience in the maintenance, installation and trouble-shooting and repair of ACMV / Electrical HV LV / Electromechanical / Building Services. Competency Certificate in the maintenance of related equipment is desirable
Job Specific Skills:
Excellent hands-on skill of the trades l Good knowledge of the trades and materials
Good skill in using general testing instrument and work tools l Ability to walk, sit, stoop, squat, climb ladders and stairs, and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds in weight.
Ability to perform simple grasping and fine finger manipulation of small objects.
Ability to crawl on hands and knees to access and observe equipment
Ability to work comfortably in confined spaces or exposed heights up to 250 feet or higher with adequate protection
Ability to wear respiratory protection devices for dust and solvents
Good working knowledge of mechanical / electrical safety rules, first aid, laws and regulations of the trades
Can interpret MEP drawings
Good command of English language, both written and spoken
Good in using Microsoft office application
Proactive approach and positive attitude
