JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible of leverging their specialized expertise to drive strategic initiatives, solve complex problems, and facilitate the organization's transition to a digitally enabled and competitive state.
The jobholder must collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives across the organization. His/Her role is to communicate effectively to convey complex concepts and technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide specialized expertise and leadership in a specific domain of digital transformation.
2. Contribute to the development of digital transformation strategies based on specialized knowledge.
3. Lead specific projects or initiatives within the digital transformation roadmap.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives.
5. Communicate complex concepts and technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Identify challenges and opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
7. Provide training, mentorship, and support to colleagues and team members.
8. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives.
9. Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize digital transformation efforts.
10. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to digital transformation, including cybersecurity threats and regulatory compliance.
11. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows.
12. Identify areas for improvement and optimization through digital solutions.
13. Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
14. Evaluate emerging digital technologies and trends for potential adoption.
15. Assess the impact of digital initiatives on organizational culture and employee engagement.
16. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms.
17. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
18. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
19. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management.
20. Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive digital transformation initiatives forward.
21. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues seeking guidance on digital transformation-related matters.
22. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to digital transformation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
