Main Objectives
Observe, monitor, assess and comment on all aspects of the Cabin Appearance and product team, its provisioning on-board and to provide continual feedback on cabin appearance and cabin Product issues that may affect the brand, the Cabin Appearance and the Cabin product.
Provide guidance to Operation, Ground handlers and technical and advise to ensure that Gulf Air aircraft in both appearance standards meet the specified guidelines set by Marketing and ensure that highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness are observed at all times by Product and cleaning contractors.

Main Duties
Conduct appraisals of departing and arriving aircrafts to ensure that the presentation and provisioning of the aircraft meets company standards.
1. Monitor all the Cabin Appearance and Quality program and special purpose, audit as delegated by the Manager Cabin Appearance & Quality.
2. Coordinate with Officers regarding audit / Inspection on all product related subjects.
3. Conduct pre-audit research and submit audit scope for approval by the Manager Cabin Appearance Standard & Quality.
4. Review all audit reports prior to review and approval by the applicable Manager.
5. Monitor and maintain the accuracy of data entry of audit / Inspection report details in audit software databases.
6. Prepare periodic evaluation reports on Cabin Appearance & Quality functions.
7. Complete audits and reports as scheduled and assigned as a Lead Auditor in accordance with the Standard Manual.
8. Conduct the duties / inspection of an auditor in assigned areas of an audit / inspection in accordance with terms of reference set out in the department standard Manual.
9. Notify to management representative of observed areas of noncon¬formity.
10. Retain and safeguard audit / inspection documentation.
11. Inspect the company’s offices and other facilities (and those of its suppliers), the company aeroplanes, and all documents contained therein, during and as appropriate to the scope of any assigned audit / inspection, in order to verify that established operational procedures are followed, and the required standards are achieved.
12. Monitor the inspection team on the aircraft, prior to departure, and ensure that highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times by Product and cleaning contractors.
13. Follow-up of corrective action plans and prepare periodic reports on respective Cabin Appearance and Quality functions.
14. Prepare daily reports on the cabin check activities and achievements and submit to Cabin Appearance and Quality.
15. Prepare monthly report with respects to his/her observation and new ideas and input to the management.
16. Report any damage on the aircraft immediately to engineers, concerned and Cabin Appearance and Quality.
17. Ensure the team are engaged in inspecting the cleaning of our aircrafts and maintain GF standards.
18. Make sure that all staffs are cabin appearance manual all the time.
19. Make sure that all materials used on board are approved and in a safe way.
20. Ensure and comply at all times while on duty to the dress code, personal grooming standards and hygiene requirements as per the Department’s policy manual.
21. Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by Manager of Cabin Appearance & Quality.

Experience
A minimum 5 years of experience in a related field or airline with 3 years’ experience on customers’ product.
(Preferably, cabin crew).

Qualifications
Minimum University Degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Computer literate – MS Office.
