Main Objectives
Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance on company’s aircraft (cabin). Ensure safe and efficient operation of aircraft (cabin) during all maintenance activities.
Main Duties

1. Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance as per schedule requirements on company aircraft. Certification of work performed.

2. Diagnose aircraft (cabin) defects and rectify as necessary.

3. Supervision of aircraft (cabin) maintenance technicians.

4. Travel overseas on short notice for aircraft delivery, recovery.

5. When positioned in MRO base, perform inspection prior to maintenance input. In conjunction with technical representative monitor aircraft progress, liaise with MRO workshops, monitor MRO quality during maintenance input. Report to on-site GF technical representative during aircraft maintenance input on all MRO activities.

6. Ability to read and understand aircrafts manual and company procedure manuals.

7. Able to work under pressure and effectively manage team through supervision. Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

8. Perform any task operationally deemed necessary to maintain the fleet in an airworthy condition.
9. Maintain self read & write continuation training.
10. Strictly adhere to company staff & safety rules & regulations
11. Adhere and comply with Aircraft approved maintenance documents when performing all maintenance tasks and acquaint self with all the safety related precautions to avoid personal injuries or damages to aircraft structures and systems.
12. Ensure all equipment's and tools used for aircraft maintenance are in serviceable and safe condition and accounted for prior and after any task. Report any faulty equipment or tool to the Duty manager. Ensure unserviceable tools / equipment's are identified, isolated and attach with an unserviable tag.
13. As part of maintenance practices ensure all tools used are registered to ensure removal on task completion.
14. Adhere to Airside safety rules and regulations in regard to driving and work areas.
15. Must maintain a high level of self discipline and respect towards his superiors instruction.


Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in base/line maintenance environment.

Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate effectively.

Good organizational ability in order to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines.
Qualifications
ICAO or EASA equivelant Aircraft License holder CAT B1 Airframe and Engine or B2 Electrical, and Avionic systems.

Attended at least one type rated training on one of company type aircraft and preferably with one Type rated approval.
