MAIN OBJECTIVE
Manage to draft, review, develop and maintain policies, procedures and manuals that support the companies’ objectives and business plan to meet legal obligations, including processes optimization and business process re-engineering.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Manage to maintain and develop all necessary policies, procedures and manuals to enable the company’s organizations achieve its objectives.
2. Supervise the distribution of policies and procedures and monitor all policy amendments on the Company’s system and ensure full security of data.
3. Manage drafting new policies, procedures and manuals.
4. Manage reviewing, amending and developing old policies, procedures and manuals.
5. Ensure to maintain continuous development & improvement of policies and procedures manual.
6. Conduct comparative studies with other airlines and major companies on policies and procedures to ensure that the company maintains its designated market position.
7. Manage the implementation of changes to policies in line with company’s practice and local labor laws in liaison with Legal team.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the policies and procedures, providing control information and proposing revisions where necessary to ensure that policies meet company objectives and adhered to strategic plans.
9. Provide clear communication guidelines on all policies and respond to queries from employees and Department Heads.
10. Perform the negotiation with labor unions and employee representatives on terms and conditions of employment and ensure cost effective settlement of disputes.
11. Ensure that amendments to labor laws and their repercussions are brought to the attention of GF management.
12. Review progress and productivity of staff and conduct on the job training for subordinates’ where necessary. Both actions ensure proper monitoring of subordinate’s performance and identifying development needs.
13. Manage the re-engineering of companies’ processes, actions and procedures, by providing professional recommendations.
14. Perform any other task as required by the management in the related field.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of experience.
