JOB PURPOSE:
The Assets Integration Engineer role is to lead the evaluation of the handover documentation of internal and external projects to ensure proper implementation to the Master maintainable Asset registry within BAC CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System - Maximo) to ensure FM maintenance plans and processes are sufficient and inline with FM short, medium and long term plans.
JOB MAIN TASKS:
Project documentation: Approves handover deliverables including: documentation and ensuring appropriate quality of deliverables.
Asset Integration: Approves the creation and loading of Asset lists, Job plans and Preventive maintenance plans for all new FM assets into the CMMS (e.g.: Maximo)
Working closely with other FM departments to ensure Job plans and PM plans are up to date and as per industry standards
To ensure Change management process is followed ad changes are implemented to CMMS or Master data
To developed a plan to evaluate the existing workflows and processes and coordinate changes when necessary with respective teams within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualification:
Educated in an Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) discipline, degree qualified or equivalent.
Training in asset management and practices e.g. ISO55001 or similar.
Training in asset management systems e.g. Maximo or similar.
Minimum Experience:
A minimum of 4 years in an FM/asset management in a live operational environment.
Previous experience and knowledge of airport assets or of an industry with complex assets.
