MAIN OBJECTIVE
  • Execute organizational studies such as restructuring organizational charts, reviewing job descriptions, evaluating grades, and controlling HR systems in term of creations, deletions and amendments.

MAIN DUTIES
  • Organizational Studies:

  1. Execute organizational restructuring for all divisions and departments to serve the main functions and objectives of the company, including distributing or merging departments and responsibilities.

  2. Perform organizational studies such as restructuring, creating, adding, deleting or retitling organizations and positions in order to meet the manpower requirements.

  3. Review, update and draft job descriptions for all positions.

  4. Conduct jobs evaluation studies to ensure the right distribution of responsibilies and grading methodology.

  5. Implement workload analysis while adding positions to meet the exact manpower requirements.

  6. Measure the effectiveness and success of the organizational studies to maintain and improve the manpower services.

  7. Draw organizational charts while restructuring or amending any position or organization.

  8. Ensure that all organizational charts and jobs descriptions are approved, updated and maintained as hardcopies and softcopies.

  9. Review and amend job desicrptions to strandardize within the Group.

  10. Ensure that job evaluation practices align with industry standards and organizational objectives.

  11. Collaborate with department heads to understand the specific needs and nuances of various roles.

  12. Facilitate communication between departments regarding job roles and evaluation outcomes.

  13. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to job evaluations / job role amendments.

  14. Address any challenges or disputes related to job evaluations in a timely and effective manner to maintain organizational integrity.

  • Position Control:

  1. Oversee the implementation of organizational changes in HR systems, including updates to reporting lines and title amendments.

  2. Ensure smooth transitions during promotions and other structural changes.

  3. Evaluate and enhance the HR information system to improve functionality and user experience.

  4. Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement solutions to streamline operations.

  5. Generate and analyze reports related to position control metrics, headcount, and organizational structure.

  6. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to position control and organizational changes.

  7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  8. Work closely with HR, finance, and departmental leaders to align position control processes with organizational goals.

  9. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to position changes and reporting.

  10. Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in position management.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum experience of 2 years.
