MAIN OBJECTIVES

The Branding and Creative Specialist is responsible for the execution, production, and management of any branding and creative requirements for Gulf Air, both internally and externally, to enhance the brand image and support commercial and customer experience projects and events. This role involves maintaining corporate and brand guidelines while overseeing the production of graphic applications and technical designs, as well as providing creative and branding inspiration and graphic design support.

The specialist along with the Creative team will be managing the distribution of branding materials, overseeing inventory, handling creative systems and financial transactions throughout the purchasing process. Additionally, they will facilitate communication among stakeholders, coordinate with external suppliers and graphic designers, and assist in organizing creative production elements like photoshoots and digital artwork. The position is integral to ensuring consistency in branding across the organization and will support the Marketing team in optimizing Gulf Air's marketing and commercial strategy while being open to special assignments as directed by the Creative & Branding Manager.

MAIN DUTIES

1. Assist in the production and printing processes for all Gulf Air marketing requirements to ensure on-brand and high-quality production as per Gulf Air standards.

2. Ensure all branding and creative production projects are on track, meeting quality and deadline expectations.

3. Have close co-operation with the Cargo Department in Bahrain to coordinate the timely dispatch and receipt of all branding items, making sure that all documentations are correct and charges are made to the appropriate department as and when required.

4. Assist in sending and following up with requests for external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery.

5. Work to arrange the import and despatch of branding items to the outstations, as ordered.

6. Assist in coordinating all requirements of exhibitions and general work for events, both locally and overseas.

7. Coordinate the provision of services from the appointed supplier for the installation of all branding events work, including movement of branding materials and other marketing materials, which are required.

8. Work closely with Studio Controller

a. to manage necessary approvals from relevant authorities (e.g. Municipalities, Traffic Department, etc.) to ensure compliance with advertising regulations.

b. ensure that briefs for the provision of visual communications materials are passed to the supplier for estimates to be provided and follow up on delivery of the work.

c. to oversee the storekeeping of the Creative and Branding operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, record-keeping, and adherence to company procedures.

d. managing photography and filming projects including logistics, approvals, crew, and locations management.

9. As part of the team, assist in the implementation of consistent branding across the company, whether through signage, advertising, POS, or other channels.

10. Work with GFG Facility Management to maintain the branding of the Gulf Air headquarter office building both internally and externally.

11. Participate in the initial job briefing stage to understand the creative and branding requirements across the organisation.

12. Support in basic design tasks, including artwork adaptations, resizing, and minor graphic edits, as needed.

13. Work efficiently under tight timelines to deliver projects, and often for long hours to ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.

14. Conduct project work and any other reasonable duties assigned by line management.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

 University degree equivalent to BSc in Business Management, Multimedia, IT or Marketing (an architectural/interior design certificate is a plus)

 Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English and ability to articulate views effectively.

 Knowledge of interior design with basics in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to support design adjustments and artwork preparation.

 Strong PC and MAC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams.

 Familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

 Minimum 0-1 years of experience in marketing, creative, branding or customer-centric environment.

 Experience in production and printing.

 Knowledge of interior design, branding applications or promotional materials.

 Worked in the field of interior design or architectural engineering is an additional advantage.

 Familiarity with graphic design and artwork creation, storage, and distribution best practices

 Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively with tight timelines.

 Multi-lingual skills are an advantage.
