MAIN OBJECTIVE
  • To handle training and development programmes that provides the Group employees with the necessary tools to increase their level of competencies and ensure that individual goals and corporate objectives are met.

MAIN DUTIES
  1. Conduct training needs analysis on yearly basis in liaison with the departments to ensure annual training and development plan. Implement the identified learning and training programs for employees and manage their progress towards the agreed goals and targets.

  2. Identify, design, and implement cost effective individual, group, and organization-based training & development sessions, which will result in long-term behavioural change of employees.

  3. Evaluate effectiveness of learning and training programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.

  4. Conduct and update the corporate induction programme.

  5. Liaise with Tamkeen and other governmental agencies regarding the various employee development programmes.

  6. Locate training resources, and evaluate each development programme for effectiveness and value to the organization.

  7. Establish contacts and build partnership and relationships with training specialists and educational institutes to provide development solutions and include accredited programmes.

  8. Handle the administration, communication, and tracking of on the internship training programmes and sponsored educational programmes implemented by the company with different official bodies, universities and colleges.

  9. Provide the necessary support, training and development to employees to enable them to achieve performance objectives.

  10. Coordinate workflow and administrative activities necessary to deliver and document all the training and development programs and activities.

  11. Assist in the coordination and completion of new and ongoing projects on time and within budget.

  12. Carry out other duties as assigned by the management.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or an equivalent major in the related field.

EXPERIENCE
  • Up to one year of experience.
