MAIN OBJECTIVES
  • To plan and deliver high-quality corporate and stakeholder events that strengthen the airline’s reputation and relationships, ensure brand-consistent execution, and support strategic communications—while coordinating logistics, protocol, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.

MAIN DUTIES
  1. Coordinate, and deliver corporate/PR events (route launches, MoU signings, press conferences, inaugurations, awards, VIP visits, staff events, exhibitions/airshows).

  2. Liaise with internal teams and external parties (airports, regulators, partners, venues, hotels).

  3. Manage invitations, RSVP tracking, guest lists, seating plans, VIP handling, meet-and-greet flows, and protocol requirements (including government stakeholders where relevant).

  4. Oversee venue setup, staging, branding/signage, AV, lighting, catering, giveaways, registration, run-of-show timelines, and manage on-site execution.

  5. Coordinate event messaging, scripts, speaker notes, MC briefs, presentation decks, and talking points; align announcements with PR/social plans.

  6. Support press attendance, media accreditation (where needed), press kits, interview scheduling, photo calls, and media zones; coordinate with photographers/videographers.

  7. Ensure all event touchpoints follow airline brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, templates, collateral, uniforms/appearance standards).

  8. Brief and manage event agencies and vendors by obtaining quotes, comparing proposals, managing contracts/SLAs, and ensure delivery against scope.

  9. Build events budget, raise PR/POs, track spend, reconcile invoices, and ensure compliance with procurement and governance processes.

  10. Coordinate permits, insurance, security requirements, HSE considerations, crowd control, and contingency plans (weather/operational disruptions).

  11. Ensure event plans do not conflict with operations and airport constraints, coordinate timings with flight schedules, VIP movements, and operational peak periods.

  12. Produce post-event reports covering outcomes, media/social coverage, attendance, lessons learned, and recommendations, archive assets and documentation.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree in events, hospitality, or marketing.

EXPERIENCE
  • 2 years of experience in event management, preferably within the aviation or hospitality industry.
