MAIN OBJECTIVE
To efficiently coordinate Sales activities and functions for Director Sales office and outstation area offices so that they can achieve revenue targets and other corporate objectives. These functions include administrative matters of the department.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Assist Director Sales Office in day-to-day planning, meeting management, call management and acting as first level support for all administrative functions for Director Sales office
2. First level support between HQ and outstation field offices for any administration related matters
3. Coordinate and arrange for regular station review meetings, minutes and proceedings and follow up on action items.
4. Coordinate Regional Meetings and follow-up on implementation of resolutions and actions list.
5. Analyze the station offices audit reports responses and coordinate/liaise with various Finance/Accounting Departments if audit recommendations are being implemented effectively.
6. Review Outstation promotional plans and strategies with Director Sales Office and coordinate it with Advertising & Promotion Department.
7. Assist Director Sales in preparing management position papers and reports on the performance by stations in the region.
8.Coordinate Director Sales and SR Manager Sales meetings with the Managers, GSAs Agent Consolidates, Tour Operations, Interlines, Airline Consultants and Head Office. Take minutes of formal meetings and follow up on action items.
9.Coordinate the handling of passenger complaints with Customer Relations Department and the respective Area offices.
10.Coordinate Task Force Meeting for new routes and follow-up with stations and different Head Office departments to achieve smooth station inauguration.
11.Any other tasks that may be assigned by the concerned Director Sales.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
1. College Graduate equivalent to HND level.
2. Fluent written and spoken English (Arabic Desirable).
3. PC knowledge is a must.
EXPERIENCE
1. Tariffs/Finance and sales experience preferred.
2. (5-7) years Airline Marketing/Tariffs and sales experience.
