MAIN OBJECTIVE
The Analyst - Enterprise Systems will be responsible for supporting projects for Gulf Air Group's enterprise systems.
MAIN DUTIES
•Providing technical and functional support for enterprise systems, ensuring their smooth operation.
•Supporting projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
•Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Maintaining Oracle Apex applications and internally developed ASP.net applications.
•Administering and supporting SharePoint applications, Power Automate, and Power Flow solutions.
•Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance across all enterprise systems.
•Troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
Education & Experience
•A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in supporting and managing enterprise systems.
•Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, with additional expertise in Oracle Fusion, HCM, Finance, Purchasing, and Oracle EBS considered a plus.
•Experience in SharePoint applications, Power Automate, and Power Flow considered a plus.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle certifications) are a plus.
