KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform regular planned inspection.

  • Provide feedback on asset conditions so as to improve its reliability, safety and availability.

  • Perform regular planned preventive maintenance.

  • Perform corrective maintenance.

  • Perform trouble shooting and breakdown maintenance.

  • Perform housekeeping of workshop and plant.

  • Perform minor installation job.

  • Attend and resolve incidents in accordance with the SLA's criteria

  • Perform housekeeping of workshop.

RISK, COMPLIANCE AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY
  • At all times, act with due care, skill, and diligence to ensure compliance with the aviation group's risk culture, policies, and procedures, as well as our Code of Conduct and Values.

  • Foster a climate of openness, transparency, and accountability regarding compliance with external regulations (including aviation safety standards) and internal risk policies. Ensure that all compliance-related issues are raised and resolved promptly.

  • Educate stakeholders and reportees on risk and compliance matters specific to the aviation industry and ensure that all employees within your reporting line complete mandatory training in accordance with the scheduled timeline.

  • Promptly report to your supervisor and refer to HR Employee Relations Whistle Blowing Policy of any knowledge or suspicion of financial crime or safety violations, providing relevant facts to assist investigations as needed.

  • Ensure that policies and procedures for your area(s) of responsibility are clearly documented, easily accessible, and regularly updated to reflect current aviation regulations.

  • Actively participate in exercises designed to rehearse the organization's response to emergency situations, such as evacuation drills and Business Continuity tests, ensuring the readiness of all staff to handle potential aviation-related crises effectively.

  • Comply with and actively discharge all safety responsibilities applicable to the role including hazard identification, accident and incident reporting, adherence to safety procedures, promotion of a positive safety culture, avoiding reckless and negligent behavior, using appropriate PPE, managing housekeeping, and ensure adherence to the principles, pillars, and safety policies of the organization’s Safety Management System.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Trade Certificate in ACMV / Electrical HV LV / Electromechanical / Building Services or Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on field experience in the maintenance, installation and trouble-shooting and repair of ACMV / Electrical HV LV / Electromechanical / Building Services.

  • Competency Certificate in the maintenance of related equipment is desirable
