JOB PURPOSE
To act as the key point of contact between the company and its potential clients, answering their queries, resolving their issues and introducing new products to them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To act as the key point of contact between the company and its potential clients, answering their queries, resolving their issues and introducing new products to them.
Prepare sales presentations to showcase company's products / services to potential clients.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, visits and hospitality events
Manage key accounts through continuous feedback.
Conduct a survey/questionnaire to monitor customer feedback to ensure that customer requirements are met and identified to develop future products and services to meet the market demand.
Resolve problems and handle client complaints in a timely manner
Provide Monthly Reports to Management on Customer satisfaction, complains, feedback, sales and Revenues)
Coordinate and follow up with legal to Finalize contract with clients.
Preform other job related duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
Experience: 2-3 Years of working experience in hospitality, marketing, sales, customer services.
