JOB PURPOSE
To support the performance analysis function by collecting, validating, and analyzing data to track business performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across the Sales organization
Key Responsibilities
1- Collect, clean, and maintain performance data from multiple systems and sources
2- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and scorecards
3- Track KPIs against targets and highlight variances and trends
4- Support senior analysts in ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and business reviews
5- Assist in identifying performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
6- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
7- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review cycles
8- Maintain documentation of reports, KPIs, and data definitions.
9- Respond to data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders
10- Key Performance Areas (KPIs)
• Accuracy and timeliness of reports
• Data quality and consistency
• Responsiveness to analysis requests
• Contribution to performance insights and recommendations
Education / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in management & economics or Statistics. Or equivalent
Experience
• Similar experience of Minimum 2 years in a responsible position in an international airline or equivalent organization.
• Knowledge and understanding of Sales / Finance/Network systems is essential.
